I went in and was set to dive away in a vehicle went back today after being called three times yesterday about my appointment. Well I went in today and no one listens they just do there thing I was suppose to drive the truck home Friday but today they had no approvals and just seem to waste time.

I had an appointment for a 20,000 mile checkup at 8:40am. I arrived on time. It took at least 10 minutes before my service advisor approached me. At 11:50 my car was ready. That is a long time to wait for an oil change and tire rotation. What’s the purpose of an appointment?

Our saleman was great. The whole process was pleasant and thoughtful. Will do business again in the, and yet... they have to pay their employees somehow 😁
