All I can say is Wow! This is my third vehicle from this dealership. They make buying a car fun and always a great deal. I know im never being taken advantage of. I don't usually write reviews. I have to say this dealership has gone over the top for me through sales and service. If you plan on purchasing or servicing a new vehicle or preowned vehicle you won't be let down. I can promise you that through my experience!!! love these guys and my Mazda!!!!

It was a great experience today for my oil change. The service staff was phenomenal in answering my questions, providing me a video inspection of my vehicle, and recommending proper service repairs for my vehicle! Thank you Napleton Mazda of Naperville! Keep up the great work

We leased a Mazda CX-90 PHEV for my wife from Napleton Mazda of Naperville. Our Sales Consultant Dave was super helpful in teaching us all the features. The Sales Managers Anthony, Brittany, Jeremy, and Mark were all very helpful, and the Finance Manager was great about explaining the value of an extended service contract. We've been back several times for service and the service advisors and techs have always been great too!

We had a truly wonderful experience purchasing our Certified Pre-Owned 2023 Mazda CX-5 from Napleton Mazda of Naperville on February 17, 2026. The sales team was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional, with absolutely no pressure to buy. They patiently answered all our questions, gave us plenty of time to decide, and avoided any high-pressure tactics. Once we were ready, they provided all purchase and financing details upfront with complete honesty and transparency. The entire process, including the loan, was smooth and hassle-free, and post-purchase email inquiries were answered promptly and clearly. We are extremely happy with the CX-5 and the dealership, and will definitely return here for any future Mazda needs or purchases.

I had a great experience recently at Napleton Mazda of Naperville. The staff was so friendly, I had interest in one of the used vehicles they have. I met with Karl, and he was so easy going and no tricks or games played. They worked with me and my budget to make sure I had the best possible outcome. I was worried I may of had to get a co signer however, they have a lot of banks they work with on the spot. Very happy!

Was in the process of looking for a new car and Mazda stumbled into my algorithm. Took a look and of the other brands I decided on a Mazda3 Carbon. Tough car to find on lot but lucked out and after going through the approval and before picking my deal looked and saw the vehicle was at a sister dealership. Sent a message if vehicle can be brought down. Next day receive call text and email from Cynthia(she’s a sweetheart) that the car I looked at was still in transit…but they received the same vehicle from a different dealer that’s not on the site would I be interested. I told them absolutely if you can get it to Naperville. Next day car is in process of being moved and since I had previously shown interest they asked if I wanted to place deposit. During this time I had 2 other deals in limbo one with the competitor dealership they actually received the car from and my local Mazda. Both kinda didn’t want to deal on a car in transit and just asked if I wanted to deposit to hold the car then deal. I called Cynthia back and verified a few details and time frames she sent those to the manager Brittany(another sweetheart) got all the details hammered out without wasting time standing in the dealership. Sales pack handed off to Adam who reached out to confirm when I’d come in. Showed up and for the most part deal was done. Aside from the 1 1/2 hours before signing. They stood by the numbers and because of that everyone that played apart in the purchase from Cynthia to Brittany, Adam to Tonie and Anthony were all solid. Sometimes doing the lifting makes their job easier which makes it more an enjoyable experience. Much appreciated.
