I had no AC on Saturday. Rich Ciarletta told me to come right over. Very accommodating. Car was done in two hours. He’s the best.

This is my third Legacy Subaru with Empire Subaru and as in the past I’ve been thoroughly satisfied with the service and staff. Rolisa Reid was extremely friendly and courteous and kept me up to date during the whole process. She answered all my questions. I was impressed with the efficiency and speed on the day of picking up my new car.

Empire Subaru is a very pleasant dealership. The facility is very comfortable from arrival to departure. The team is pleasant and knowledgeable. Rich Ciarletta was my customer service agent he was pleasant and efficient with his service. He kept me informed during my service.

I was in the market for a new car, when I saw this outback pop up on Empire Subaru's website. It was the color and trim level that I wanted so I went in and asked about it, Vinny sat with me and went over the value of my current vehicle and how much it would cost to get the payments to where I wanted them. Vinny went above and beyond to make sure I had the car I wanted at the price I wanted.

I was in the market for a new car, when I saw this outback pop up on Empire Subaru's website. very professional but also warm and friendly .Rolisa Reid put my husband and I at ease as she explained and demonstrated all the many features and the operation of this splendid vehicle.Rolisa answered all the questions we had and prepared us for the F and I department.There was no pressure or influence on the model and chose the car we wanted.

My experience with my service was excellent. Vinny Gianni was very helpful and friendly. He reviewed with me what I wanted done. The waiting room was outstanding. It was very comfortable.

They did an excellent vehicular service on my car that I purchased from this dealership in 2018. They scan your tires and suspension to ensure that all is safe. Great Job.
