Joel was great. He was very patient with us! Fun fact, I actually know him and I his wife from a few years ago. Small world. Anyway, we did everything via text which was great. I just had to come in to sign papers and get my keys. Best dealership adventure ever!

Recently bought a Great used 2023 Colorado trail boss. Tried to finish the deal on a Saturday. Just got the truck in on Friday night. Headlight was out couldn’t get it fixed. Duffy went out of his way and delivered it to me on that Wednesday. On his day off no less. That goes a long way with me. Pulaski to Massena not a short trip but not a long one either… It’s the 5th my family has bought from Bob Johnson’s yes will be back again..

If you had more salesmen like Dave Biggs you would probably sell more cars. He works for the Ford dealership and sold me my Chevy because he had sold me previous vehicles. The sales people at the Chevy dealership couldn?t be bothered to do any legwork.

Great experience with service dept. They kept me informed and everyone was very friendly. Made you feel comfortable.
