Kia of Englewood

Went to purchase Kia forte out of lease. Charged $949 for registration and “paperwork” They applied for loan with BOA misspelling last name. Car registration has to be changed BOA has to fix name but nothing done by dealer all on me. Worst and most expensive so called customer service ever.

Good in general nice costumer service and explain everything the place was clean and the service was almost at time

Kaliyah is very attentive and for what my issues with the car she informed me us now and then while waiting of what needs to be check and done with the car, she's very patient in listening and she's a people person, excellent job to all of the Kia staff.

They take the car for service, but they return it without washing it, even though the service includes car washing. They also use the car to rest, as they returned it to me with the seats reclined and dirty. They should improve the service that one pays for.

Angel was genuinely attentive to our needs and warmly helped us find the perfect vehicle!

I recently brought my 2025 Sportage in for its first maintenance service . It received its free oil change and tire rotation . The staff there is so nice and attentive . My appointment was kept on time and waiting there was not only convenient for me but there was quite a substantial, varied and delicious breakfast koffering for customers waiting . I don’t know if they provide this array everyday., all day, but first thing in the morning it was wonderful to be provided a selection of free hot drinks from their machine ! Everyone working there is so friendly and strive to make customers happy.
