Scheduled an appointment with Kenny Ross ford for February 28, 2026 for inspection/emmisons, tire rotation, oil change, and transmission fluid flush. On that date they sent a text confirming services with a price just under $600. When I went to pay the total was just under $1300. After arguing price they would not release my truck until I paid. I paid with my discover card and thought I’d dispute it later after I had my truck back. March 1, 2026 I was putting my invoice away and noticed they installed the wrong oil and oil filter on. The statement says ford motor craft. Not gm acdelco and dexos oil. I went out to my truck to confirm their mistake. I also found they did not rotate my tires. Further investigation into the invoice and previous records of inspection from the same dealer, I found they falsified and didn’t complete my inspection properly and didn’t do a transmission flush but a drain and fill which is not what I wanted nor thought I paid for. March 2, 2026 I called the dealer and relayed their mistakes along with filing complaint with bbb. The agreed to redo oil change but wouldn’t do the flush like I had originally asked. They overcharged me for the oil change ($235 instead of $110) they overcharged me for transmission fluid (3gal at $75 each) when a drain and fill only calls for 6 qts. ($120 fluid adative) that’s only used during a flush. They agreed to refund me $650 for the mistake on march 7, 2026 when I went to get my oil changed fixed and truck reinspected. On march 7, 2026 they redid oil change, but messed up the inspection a second time and would not refund me as agreed. Said it would be handled the following Monday, March 9. March 9, 2026 I called the dealer told check progress of refund. Christine, the lady in charge refused to give me refund. I called my bank, discover, and disputed the charges full amount. Christine later refunded partial of the agreed refund of $324, not the original $650. March 17, 2026 the general manager, James dull, calls me in response to my bbb complaint. He advised me the parties involved were fired( he lied about that) and wanted to make it right. I stopped in for the third time on March 18. March 18, 2026 after a long discussion with James dull, he agreed the inspection would personally be overseen by him and a fluid flush as originally intended would be done. I left my truck there for the next day. March 19, 2026 I get a call from the dealer saying the inspection was done but they wouldn’t complete the flush. I went that afternoon and picked my truck up, found they did the inspection wrong a third time and still yet to complete the flush, rotate tires, provide refund, nor do proper inspection. March 24, 2026 the dispute with my bank, discover, closed denying my refund and all the dealership provided as contest was the original receipt that showed the wrong services done. I submitted over a dozen documents showing what I originally ordered with price, what they wrongly gave me, the false inspection sheets from last year and this year, the several times I went to the dealer and they reported wrong inspections and work not completed, along with the actual measurements of what they should have recorded. Despite all evidence, the dealership nor the bank I used would issue me a refund. Also, the filter part number (24236517) does not include a pan gasket nor a filter o-ring, further proving the job was done incorrectly.

These people cheat with the numbers by adding features that are non-existent like "Appearance Protection" or "Tracable Theft Protection" to pad the numbers of final sale price. Don't expect to get any "good deals" at this place because when you think price is fair, there will be always be extra's on your final sales proposal. Sales guy Donny was probably worst sales guy interaction I've had. If you're looking to make a legit deal without any tricks in the numbers this is NOT the place to go, they'll take ya to the bank!
