Reviews
Write a reviewThe service here is absolute xxxx, unless you’re getting a vehicle from them. If you decide to go elsewhere, be prepared for lies, ignored requests for callbacks and ignored requests for deposit refunds. Test drove a brand new vehicle here, liked it but didn’t love it. I asked our sales girl if they had any used vehicles like the one we drove, she said no. Finance costs were high and my husband wanted them lowered. They suggested leasing. We agreed to apply for a lease, we were approved but still not 100% set on the vehicle. The manager that we were dealing with was a typical pushy, snake. I informed him repeatedly what my concerns were with the vehicle, he did offer a few solutions that I agreed might work. He asked my husband if we could put a deposit to “hold the sale.” We agreed. There were NO CONTRACTS signed. That evening at home i decided to go on their website and look. I found the same make and model vehicle, used at their partner dealership. I loved it, my husband and I went Sunday to look it over. I emailed the snake manager first thing Monday morning to hold off on the offer we discussed (finding different tires.) I called the partner dealership as soon as they opened to inquire about the vehicle we liked. They were very professional and nice, said they’d have it ready for us after work to test drive. In the meantime our sales girl text me asking about the option we discussed, I told her I found a used vehicle that we were going to test drive. Now at this point I’m somewhat irritated because I asked her if there were any used vehicles and she told me no. She calls me and asks about the vehicle and says we can have it transferred to their dealership for final sale since the paperwork was already submitted. I was ok with that since we were originally dealing with her. About thirty minutes later she texts me again saying this vehicle might end up in auction, that it needed thousands of dollars in repairs. The salesman I talked to said nothing of this so I called back and asked. He said that was NOT true, the vehicle did not need repairs as it did have a run through the shop. Now I’m really irritated because this is the second lie she told me. She text me again, I told her we were test driving the vehicle. She countered with an offer of a much lower price for the lease of the new vehicle. I didn’t respond until after the test drive and we knew we definitely wanted this vehicle. I told her we liked this one better and were moving forward. I waited about a week for our deposit to be refunded, it was not. I called the dealership, left a voicemail on the sales girls line requesting our deposit get refunded and a call back. Neither happened. The dealership we did purchase from was able to take care of our deposit. I am thankful for them taking care of us but it DISGUSTS me that they had to. The dodge dealership should’ve handled this. I will absolutely, positively never go to this dealership again. The people here are typical snake salesmen/saleswomen. Having good customer service even when you don’t get your own way really says a lot about your character. And it says a lot about your company. I’m not saying everyone will have an encounter like this at this dealership, but I will NOT sit back and let them get away with treating customers like xxxx. I have to at least let people know, potentially what they could be in for. They were so thirsty for the lease of the new vehicle that they dehydrated from lying to us about the used vehicle. ANY sale is better than no sale.

The sales team at Miracle made our experience in purchasing another vehicle a very positive experience! Jordi was great from the start! They let us test drive everything we wanted to try, and then made suggestions after listening to all our pros and cons. His top pick was the winner and we went home with a better deal than we ever imagined! Jordi and Ben were both very knowledgeable and took the time to make sure we understood all the details about the pricing/financing as well as all the driving and technical features of this newer Grand Cherokee hybrid model. A nice bonus was the follow-up phone call from Jordi a few days later to see how things were going and answer any questions. He even offered a follow-up visit to go over any features that needed more explanation for us! Would definitely recommend Miracle in Elverson for a great buying experience!

This places gets you with its name (miracle which it is far from a miracle that you will be experiencing) until they start to throw all these market adjustment crap onto the vehicles out the door price . because the math wasn’t mathing over the phone. So I finally got them to admit that they added extra markups to the vehicle. So after calling them out on it the price was back to the normal vehicle price, doc fee, tax, tags, title fee. I asked them to take off 500 dollars to kinda meet in the middle these people declined. Mind you I’m an hour drive away and ready to purchase now with cash. So a week later they dropped the price by $503 which was a complete insult to me because the deal would’ve been done a week ago..So if you are looking to waste your time then look no further because they will play all the games with you unless you already come in with knowledge!

I did not buy my Jeep here, but have been here for service several times. Their service department is incompetent. I am not one to post negative reviews, but they damaged my vehicle and are refusing to reimburse me for the damage they caused. At the last visit, I called about having my battery replaced, received a quote and brought my vehicle in. While waiting, Grace from the service dept came over and said the battery they quoted me on wasn't in stock, but a better battery was available for almost 2x the price. I said no thanks, that I would get a battery elsewhere. After several minutes, I walked around to the service bay and saw a man putting the battery back in my vehicle. He was struggling with something for about 10 minutes and then Grace came over and they were both hunched over the battery area of my Jeep for another 10 minutes. I called out and said that I needed to leave. They finished up and brought my vehicle to me. I purchased a battery elsewhere and my husband put it in later that day. He said that they had stripped one of the battery terminals and the bolt was in crooked. He was able to put another bolt in to temporarily hold it together. I took my Jeep to another dealership for an inspection and to have them put in the correct bolt on the battery terminal. They told me that in addition to stripping the battery terminal, they had also damaged a sensor. Total cost to fix the damage they caused was $217.98 plus tax. Spoke with Wayne the service department manager and got an argument. He said to send him the invoice via email. Wayne has refused to respond to my emails. I have reported them to the Better Business Bureau and to the Pennsylvania State Attorney General. I would suggest that others who have these kinds of problems with them do the same. In the past, they have never topped up fluids when servicing my vehicle and will send me a letter in the mail a couple of weeks later stating that it's time to have "my Jeep's coolant topped up" and similar things - things that they should have done when it was in for service 2 weeks prior. I have also noticed in reading their reviews, that every time they have a bad review, that they get their family, friends and aliases to make up fake good reviews to try and balance out all of the legitimate bad reviews. Buyer beware!!
