Five stars, no questions. This is for the Lynnwood location. I couldn’t be happier with my experience here! I drove over an hour and would gladly do it again. The atmosphere is relaxed with no high-pressure tactics. The finance team gave me fantastic advice and were very quick. The dealership is also very family-friendly- my kids actually had fun here! They enjoyed the snacks and friendly atmosphere. Vasco Rubio deserves special recognition- he’s incredibly kind and it's clear he cares about helping people find what’s right for them. Ask for him- you won't regret it!

they did not answer the phone when i had tried multiple times, even though we had a virtual appointment set up. they did not provide the contact for who to call, and they use poor social platforms like facetime and fb messenger instead of teams or zoom. overall, bad customer service.
