This has been one of the most frustrating dealership experiences I’ve had. I purchased a new vehicle over a month ago and am still waiting for my registration and tag. I contacted the third-party agency that handles their out-of-state registrations, and at the time of my call, they had not received any paperwork from the dealership. Meanwhile, my salesperson, Sudy, has not responded to my calls or messages, and the new car sales manager, Mike, has also been unresponsive. Although he assured me the issue would be resolved by Monday, March 30th and that he would follow up, I have yet to hear back. After reading other reviews, it’s clear that similar issues have affected other customers. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to proceed with caution when considering this dealership. I plan to share my experience on DealerRater and escalate the matter to corporate.

It is always a truly excellent experience in Mount Kisco especially my sales person Yanni was incredible as was Stan the manager and Seth the finance manager I definitely recommend this dealership and I’m very happy with my purchase with no remorse at all. Everything was very well explained and fair. no bamboozling. Honest and nice people!

Bruno went above and beyond for me in a multitude of different ways! I went in a couple of weeks before purchasing and let him know what I was looking for and he gave me a call once he had what I was looking for and from then on everything was absolute perfect! I cant recommend him enough!
