From day one, he was always available to answer my many, many questions. And even up until the final moment, he stayed on hold with our insurance company for over an hour after they'd messed up our policy. He went above and beyond at literally every turn, which made an initially-overwhelming process SO simple. Within the span of 4 days, we had easily traded in our car and drove away with a brand new one... all in one swoop. Can not sing Sam's praises enough! If you're looking for someone to help support you with buying or leasing something new, Sam is your guy. Thank you, Open Road!

We are a family of Volvo owners. 3 S60's and a X90. 3 of them were purchased from Off Road Volvo. We were looking for #4 and went back to them of course. Is it the new owners? Staff? Salesperson didn't know much about the cars he was selling, no return calls, and we still went into make a deal and they would not negotiate? WTH? We will be going to Bridgewater tomorrow to finalize a purchase.
