Overall excellent experience.

Overall excellent experience. On-line price was honored without add ons except for normal doc fee. Our sales person (Sola) was also excellent. One of my best on-line buying experiences.

Walker from the pre-owned side helped us by a new car and was incredibly polite. Mike the GM was great as well. In my honest opinion they should promote Walker to only selling new cars.

We had a wonderful time buying my sons car.

We had a wonderful time buying my sons car. I was so worried it would be a typical and painful event, as vehicle buying usually is. "Patrick" was great with our questions and concerns. We didn't have to go home and read for a week to find out what we signed. We will definitely buy from cars.com again!

I came here with family member to test drive a ford

I came here with family member to test drive a ford ranger and a ram 3500 that they had. Ended up dealing with two different people. The first guy was not rude but certainly not friendly and was not very knowledgeable. When it came to the second guy for the 3500 he was a complete and total jerk and I ended up leaving and not test driving it because he was that rude!! Would not recommend them at all!!!

My 2015 ford fusion was making loud noises--and no one

My 2015 ford fusion was making loud noises--and no one was able to decide what was wrong. At this dealership-I was told I would need to buy a new engine. I decided that would have to happen. Once there--in a few days--a marvelous mechanic-named Cole--determined that only a new water pump was needed. This made a huge financial difference. The service manager was very polite and kept me up to date. It was an extremely good outcome. I am grateful. This could have had had many different outcomes!
