I really appreciated how everyone went out of their way to make sure that I was updated on everything concerning the vehicle. This is the first time I've ever started a vehicle purchase online and everyone from Madilyn who took my first call about the vehicle and then to Hannah and Antonio at the day I picked up the car were friendly and helpful.

I found a used Honda Pilot on line and called about it. Ended up talking to Abdul. Great experiance. Made a plan to drive there about 1.5 hours the next morning to look at it. We walked in and the first person I spoke with was Kevin. I had to wait for Abdul. Kevin is your typical lying say anything the customer may want to hear type of guy. You know the type. If I had only had to deal with Abdul I would have bought the Pilot. Kevin did everything posdible to destroy the deal. Kept trying to tell me he's doing the best possible deal and what the payment would be and my SO who worked mortgages for a long time kept catching his xx. Would call him on it, then he would go back and talk to his "finance" guy come back and same thing. Just disgusting. At one point he had to tell us alql about his 800 credit score. xxx does that??? Needless to say dead deal I moved on and found something else. Like I said to start. Abdul was great! Kevin is what's wrong with buying a car. I will be leaving a detailed review on Toyota of Fox Lake website.
