I called about a vehicle and even sent pictures of our

I called about a vehicle and even sent pictures of our car we would be trading. I was told they would get back to me with a proposal. That never happened at all. I called several more times and was told the same thing. Finally I just gave up and stopped calling. This behavior is very unprofessional, unacceptable and rude. I wold recommend this company to anyone.

I wish I could give Clearmont Toyota Service Center zero

I wish I could give Clearmont Toyota Service Center zero stars. I brought my car in for service and got a text two hours later saying it was ready. I asked them to send an Uber for pickup—they agreed and said it would arrive soon. I waited… and waited. I called them FIVE times, and not once did they follow through. At 7:10 PM, they casually told me everyone had left for the day and that I’d have to call back in the morning. I was literally in tears from how stressful and careless this whole situation was. I will never return, even if the service were free. Please save yourself the frustration and go anywhere else.

Claremont toyota damaged the paint on my wheels on my new

Claremont toyota damaged the paint on my wheels on my new 4runner. I took it in for the first service which included wheel rotation. The technician who performed the work, damaged the silver paint finish adjacent to the lugs. Claremont Toyota doesn't care about you or your vehicle. Only separating you from your $$$.

I was insulted

I went in to buy a Tundra. The salesman said he had to check my credit before a test drive. Salesman said he wanted to make sure I can afford the car. The dealership does want people put miles on the cars that are not approved. I find his policy offensive and I will never shop at this dealership.

They suck

This dealership luvs 2 make u wait all xxxx day 4 any service!! They dont give a s*** that u may have other things 2 do, or have a life. Ive been here for an 1 3/4 hrs, just waiting 2 find out what the xxxx is wrong w/my car. I hate this place so much!!

Amazing Experience!

I’m completely satisfied with the amazing customer service I received when purchasing my new Toyota GR86. My salesperson, Ernesto, went above and beyond to make it a painless purchase. Felix, in financing, made it quick and easy to fill out the paperwork for the loan and the sales manager, Richard Lopez, answered all of my questions after the purchase to insure my experience was great. Thanks to everyone on the team, Ernesto, Felix, Richard, and Herman. I’ve bought cars from Porsche, Audi, Ford, Nissan, and Hyundai, and this was by far the easiest, most stress free purchase, thanks to those guys! Will def come back in the future and recommend everyone to do so. Just ask for Ernesto!
