Honda of New Rochelle

I went to the new Honda Express for an oil change and a tire rotation. It was such a great experience. I would recommend it for any job you have that's not a major repair. For that, you have to go across the street. I was in and out in 35 minutes. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff.

I took my car in for the service at the new Express Service station. this was grate i waited 30 minutes for my service. They have coffee and newspapers. But what blew my mind was Ivan, it was great to find some one that spoke spanish that made it comvenient for me. thank you

I was leery going to a dealer for an oil change and a vehicle check but was I surprised. Ivan came over to greet me, was very professional, answered my questions thoroughly, and ensured the service was completed expeditiously. Also, my compliments to the technicians who were thorough yet efficient.

I will bring my other car in for service as well.... You should add i9j a quick hand cars wash...I would have paid $15.00 for a quick hand car wash....

This Honda Dealership in my opinion provides outstanding Sales and Service. I just leased my third car from them and if I had not gotten great deals I would not have returned. Joe and Jason on the Sales side have been Professional, Courteous, Respectful and Flexible. Dealing with them has been a pleasure. Jessica in Service always provides outstanding Customer Service every time I have visited. This is why I feel Honda of New Rochelle is an excellent Dealership in which to purchase a Honda.

this was the 2nd time i leased a car through saleman ed bostonian accompanied by mohamed latif for finacing. i was very comfortable that i was treated fairly and received an excellent deal. both these men exhibit excellence in knowledge and character which is quite unique compared to other experiences ive had at other dealerships. i would recommend these men to anyone in the market for a honda. u can not get a better experience anywhere else. they were extremely kind, courteous and helpful in all aspects of making a deal

I visited the new Express Service Center for an oil change and tire check and was very pleased with the service and friendliness of the staff. Mike performed an overall "check-up" on my car and took the time to go over every detail with me. The service was quick and no appointment was needed. I will definitely be back again.

Great experience on replacement of a new vehicle. Sales person is friendly and nice, professional and happy to deal with. Negotiation was funny and interesting but eventually worked the deal out.
