I thought customer service was a thing of the past, then I met David Lartey at Honda of New Rochelle, an extremely pleasant and professional salesperson. My husband asked my sister and me to shop around for information on a new 2013 CRV where we were fortunate enough to have David assist us. It's been my exprience that when a salesman sees two women shopping for a piece of machinery like a car it's like the wolf seeing Little Red Riding-Hood for the first time. So, I prepared myself for a snow job, I was so wrong, David was professional, giving us engine and technical information not just focusing of the esthetics of the car. I really appreciated that. I also explained to David that I was getting information and I would return with my husband. I was shocked that he did not pressure me to sign or commit to anything. I returned with my husband and David went through all the details again with my husband not rushing us at all. The car that we wanted was not on the lot. David was in contact with me letting me know when any Crv Ex-L models came in so I could make a color choice. This is my fourth Honda and I will definately buy my next one from David Lartey at Honda of New Rochelle. David is proffesional, intellegent, a nice guy and has a good sense of humor. Buy your next Honda from David!

My husband brought my Honda Odyssey in for the first oil change .It was a very positive experience for a number of reasons.First, it was a complimentary oil change since it was our first oil change.Secondly, the representative was extremely courteous, knowledgeable and very professional. Lastly, the process was quick ,in spite of not having an appointment scheduled. We look forward to another future positive service experience.

My wife and I did our research between Hyndai Santa Fe, a Toyota Highlander and a Honda Pilot. We went with the Honda Pilot. We fell in love with all the safety features and technologies, the space, and the ride. David really knew his car inside and out. We would ask him questions across the board and he was able to answer with no problem and certainty. David knows how to connect with the customer. We love our Honda Pilot. I highly recommend David as a down to earth salesperson.

On 3/28/13 I walked into Honda of New Rochelle with the intent to look at vehicles, however, I walked out having purchased a needed Honda Accord. Thanks to David Lartey, I had a great experience. He was patient, understanding and demonstrated excellent customer service. He is the consummate professional! I would not hesitate to recommend him to my associates. Although sales is necessary for the company to stay afloat, customer service is equally important to ensure customer retention/referral. Mr. Lartey took the time to explain every detail of the vehicle's functionality and patiently repeated the instructions when needed. I was concerned about the hassle of purchasing a vehicle by myself because females can be taken advantage of, however Mr. Lartey showed great respect re: my opinion and allayed my fears by providing a detailed explanation of everything. I would also like to make mention of Mohamed Abdellatif (Sales Manager). He assisted in reducing the stress I experienced with my purchase. His customer service was impeccable. He too was patient when he saw that I was fearful and he dealt with me as a person and not just another sale. I cannot thank him enough! I left the dealership with a smile on my face after Mr. Abdellatif resolved my concerns. Both employee mentioned above have restored my faith in dealerships. I would recommend both at any point in time. They are both an asset to Honda of New Rochelle. As a result of my experience with both men above, I will return to Honda of New Rochelle in the future. I took my 2008 Honda Accord EX to have an oil change and a general maintainance service check. Michael Vigliotti was my service advisor. I was impressed by his courteous manner, with me, and with other customers. This is extraordinary in the fast-paced world we live in! I was also impressed his expertise and his ability to inform me what did NOT have to be done at this time. He di suggest replacing the engine air filter and he told why it needed to be done. he showed a visual representation of all that was checked which I was able to see and follow. I came to the dealership because I was interested in learning about the 2013 Honda Civic Sedan Hybrid and I met the salesman, David Lartay, who more than accommodated me. Following David's excellent guidance and careful, thorough explanations, after my test drive I felt very much at home with the Civic Hybrid. I felt as if I had driven this car for years. I was more than ready to make the purchase. Following that, David guided me every step of the way from deposit to final payment a few days later. Before I left the lot after my purchase, David gave me an even more comprehensive tour and explanatory review of all aspects of the vehicle. I addition, he left me his number to call with any questions I might have and left a message the following morning to see how my initial experience went. I couldn't have been more pleased with the courtesy, sensitivity, and expert guidance I received from David Lartay. Honda of New Rochelle is fortunate to have him on their sales team.
