Great service from service rep.

I liked the fact that the young lady took her time with me to explain what was going on with my car and what was needed to fix and what could be put off until next service

I would like to start off by saying one of the girls that...

I would like to start off by saying one of the girls that answer the phone was very unprofessional. But after making a complaint to Joe Carusone the Sales Manager he reinsured me that he would rectify the situation. He apologized over and over for her behavior and by the end of the day I was told that she was dealt with accordingly. That showed me that they values their customers business and customers always comes first. Joe is awesome!! My Sales Consultant Hassan Khan was also great. He took his time with me and my husband and worked with in our budget. I never felt pressured into buying a car. He was very professional and did a great job with helping me pick out a prefect car for me in my price range. They have a great team working there. I was referred there by one of my co workers and I will definitely be doing more business with Hassan in the near future. I will be sending some referrals their way!!!

Best Customer service

Great customer service, everything was explained and i got back my car within the time promised. I live much closer to 2 other dealers but i much prefer the service at New Rochelle Honda.

Mike Vigilotti is a fine man and gentleman, can't do enough to please a customer. Total respect for a combat vet as I with the 187th Airborne RCT.

Good Deal!

Friendliness of sales staff. Cesar Urquida was very attentive and helpful throughout the process. Would recommend dealership to others. Prepare to spend some time though. Took a while to complete process.
