It was fast and thorough, and easy. My first oil and filter change took just a half hour. No appointment was necessary.

great service

The staff was very polite and organized. Although it took about two hours, they were very understanding and patient with me. Since it is a small space, the long wait time is reasonable but maybe can be improved with more employees. Overall, excellent service and will definitely be back again!

No appointment necessary oil change. completed in a little over an hour. Waited in comfortable area. Staff professional and courteous.

Tire with rip in rubber repaired in 45 min, WoW.

Express Service customer relations experts actually had a service person in the parking lot that began the repairs needed to my front right tire that had a big tear on the outside of the tire. He walked me into the waiting area and the customer service persons, Mike, John, and Mr. Mike Vigliatti, quickly began working to have the tire changed and my car ready to drive back home to Yonkers, New York.
