On top of that, the financing team secured an incredible financing deal for me, which made the overall purchase even better than I expected. The customer service at this dealership is exceptional. They truly take great care of their clients and make the entire experience smooth and comfortable. Diego assisted me today, and he was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He took the time to advise me about my car and clearly explained the services my NX required, which I really appreciated. He also made sure I had a shuttle ride home and arranged my return once the service was completed, which made everything very convenient. To top it off, they even washed my car after the service—such a nice touch! Overall, I had a great experience and would highly recommend this dealership for their outstanding service.

My service person Fred gave me five star treatment. He kept me abreast of the situation. The infotainment system on my car, went on the fritz after this visit. I also found ash in the door handle inside the car.

I do really appreciate the help received from my service advisor Fredy who did the best to get my vehicle serviced. Although, kudos to Grace at the Guest Service front desk for her sweet words and attention.
