Shady book keeping.

Shady book keeping. Overcharged sales tax. Took too long for out of state tags to come in and when they did, they tried stating we owed additional money because they didn’t collect enough when sale was completed 👀

False! False! False! You tried to pay less sales tax than what's required by the state and then refused to pay for your tags and registration. We provided you with super competitive deal that you couldn't match anywhere else and now you're writing these disparaging reviews because you couldn't get more free stuff?! Unbelievable!

Wowwwww- good thing I have the bill of sale to show YOUR mistake. We paid every dime due at the time of purchase. We refused to pay MORE AFTER sale was completed and tags finally showed up for whatever was due to DMV because you FAILED to do math correctly when the vehicle was purchased. Also, while you undercharged for DMV fees, you actually OVERCHARGED for sales tax and we paid because we hadn’t noticed. No worries, I’ll make sure PENNDOT AND the AG for both states are notified. And, competitive deal? 🤣🤣 Appreciate your very professional response though! Now I know why Miguel called begging us to remove the review. I’ll also report that you just held my husband and daughter hostage and wouldn’t hand over the tag and registration unless we pulled this review.

Dealing with Jessica Russo has been the best thing ever.

Dealing with Jessica Russo has been the best thing ever. She was able to hunt down the truck I wanted and needed for my business. Only took about 1 week to find the vehicle and get it delivered. I will definitely be coming back to her for my future vehicle purchases. Also Alina in the service department has always been amazing with helping with my other vehicles.

Just bought a 2024 Rubicon 4xe from Noel Pacheco at Route

Just bought a 2024 Rubicon 4xe from Noel Pacheco at Route 130 CDJR. Noel embodies all of the bad things anyone has ever heard about used car salesmen. I wasted time just getting him to agree to the internet listed price, as opposed to some made up number. When we picked up the Jeep he gave us one key, promising to get the other one from a secret locked office the next day, Instead, he then told us he had to track down the missing key from "the guy who traded the Jeep to them". Turns out this "guy" is nonexistent, Route 130 CDJR has owned this Jeep since it was manufactured. I gave them 2 stars instead of 1 because the GM, John Crooks, called and told me he'd resolve the issues. However, that was 10 days ago and still only one key. It's a bad sign when a salesman places the cost of a single key over the value of a happy customer, stay away from Noel. Love the Jeep, but the buying experience was awful. They also claimed they switched my insurance to the new Jeep, and failed to do that as well, even though my temporary registration shows it as being done. Buyer beware!

Hello Jamie, After reading through numerous reviews and the dealer response (or lack thereof), I don't know if I'm wasting my time. Our situation is very simple to resolve. Noel promised us the second key to our Jeep after we picked it up late in the evening when he only had one key. We were also missing the 4xe powerpack, but John Crooks graciously sent one right out to us. We still have only one key, your dealership still has the second one since this Jeep was never our of Route 130 CDJR's possession. Instead of doing his job, Noel has been making up stories about the missing key, and that behavior is both juvenile and aggravating. We just paid $50,000 for this Jeep, one of 4 we own and our 36th since time began. It's too bad we don't feel the desire to buy Jeep #37 from your dealership. Love the Jeep, but not Mr. Pacheco. On a related note, our temporary registration expires on 11/13 and we've had zero follow up regarding the registration and title.

Very disappointed with this dealer.

Very disappointed with this dealer. Sales staff are unprofessional and don’t even know basic details like what engine is in a Ram 1500 Limited. Out of five dealers, they gave me the highest price by $15,000 and pushed me into a trade-in I never asked for. For my 2023 Mercedes Sprinter Crew (fully loaded, bought new in 2024 for $78k, now with only 30k miles), they offered just $26k. Then they priced the whole Ram at $90k when the average market is $70k. Absolute scam. Stay away from this place—they rip people off.
