Professional Service Courteous and Helpful Staff
The staff was courteous, professional and seriously listened to my concerns. They were exceptionally responsive to addressing the issue of repairing my car when it was slightly damaged in their care. They said they would call. They did so right away. In fact they called to set up an appointment before I got home. Now, that was fast!

Good service
Stephane was very nice I went to the wrong car when I was leaving and noticed a dent went the back to tell Stephane she was on top of it but we then realized that was not even my car. I apologized and we laughed.

Be wary of how the additional markup is presented!
Friendly and very accomodating, like any sales organization trying to get your money. At the end of the day no different than the many dealerships we've been to in the past 6 months. I rate you 4 stars only for the convenience you provided in allowing completion of the transaction so quickly but will always be dissatisfied with the way your additional markup was "slipped in". Unethical at the end of the day but that's what car sales is about, never changes.
