PATRICK. Best staff member I have worked with. Extremely patient, highly professional, respectful, knowledgeable, and humorous. He explains everything thoroughly and patiently heard and answered my questions. I know he may not have directly worked on my car, but he has become the face of KIA for me. His attitude is the only reason I come back to KIA, which is a longer drive for me. Passing 2 of my long-trusted neighborhood auto stores. KEEP HIM AND MAYBE MAKE HIM THE DEPARTMENT MANAGER.
