Did not buy a vehicle here, but was close. I handled all communications regarding a vehicle purchase via email & the staff at McGrath City Mazda was very responsive & helpful with their responses & communication. One of the better interactions I had with a dealership via email and online. So do not hesitate to at least reach out to begin communications on getting your next vehicle. The dealership has a lot of great options & high quality vehicles. I would feel confident & reassured if I was to buy from here. Overall, good experience and they do have some real solid options at very fair prices, some of the best I had seen in the region. I'd feel confident working with McGrath City Mazda.

Had a great experience here and ended up purchasing my 2026 mazda cx5 here. A special thanks to Adrian for his attentiveness and patience. He was always one call or email away if i had any questions or concerns. It was a pleasure working with Mcgrath City Mazda. Highly recommend Adrian for anyone even wanting to stop in and ask questions.

As promised, I'm adding a new review of this shady dealership since I have to unsubscribe from their emails multiple times a year. Copying and pasting the review of the service that made me promise to never return below: I'd scheduled an oil change for April. It's the only thing I've ever gotten done at this location for years as I have a maintenance plan and it was the only thing I needed. I showed up at my scheduled time feeling slightly under the weather, but knowing that all I'd be getting was an oil change and then I'd get to go home and sleep. The service technician walked me around my vehicle and explained some things they would recommend and then ask me to sign an iPad indicating that we had discussed those things. Admittedly, I wasn't on my A-game which would have caused me to ask him to let me read the entire page that I was signing. That was my mistake. I signed off on those "suggestions" in the lower right corner of the iPad. I was led to believe that I was agreeing to the oil change that I'd scheduled and for them to look over the vehicle and make suggestions. Bing bang boom, after much back and forth via text message during my visit (I'd been given a loaner vehicle to use while they looked over my car which should've been a red flag, but, again, feeling under the weather had me off my A-game), I go to check out and I'm being charged almost $500! I look over the charges and realized I'd been duped. I'd turned down the "additional suggestions" of roughly $600 with of services I could do on my own (I will not be charged $70 to replace a cabin air filter, thank you), but I was on the hook for the sneaky services the technician had me sign off on in the beginning. You can tell these were not things we'd discussed, as he hadn't deducted the cost of the oil change that's included in the 20000 mi service. While my bill was being adjusted by the service technician, Joe Borrelli came over to gaslight me, rubbing salt in the wound, telling me how good my choice to move forward with their suggestions was. I paid for my services and left. After the visit, I received no less than 10 text messages and emails asking me to review the service experience. I replied with STOP to one number in order to be removed from messaging. They messaged from another, then moved on to email. I finally wrote the review/responded to the survey and followed up with the client relations manager, Ashley Lazzara, who assured me that she was making note of my concerns. I was written off. If you visit for service, look alive and question everything. I used to think I could trust this location's practices, but they're no better than any other garage, looking to scam a customer for a little extra.
