Possibly the worst dealership I have ever dealt with. Advertised price and trade in value changed every time they provided a quote. Claimed the advertised price was best price and inclusive then tried to add a few thousand dollars

The employees were rude. Inaccurate listings online. Blocked the dealership to stop receiving calls, now getting 15 spam calls a day. Went private immediately afterwards.

Avoid this dealer - Financial and Service Issues I purchased a vehicle from Don Jackson North and had a terrible experience. 1) I was sold a $2,997 service contract that I cancelled almost immediately, but they are now refusing to issue my refund. 2) The car was supposed to include a charging cable, but the bag was empty when I got home. 3) The car was filthy; I found cookie crumbs all over my clothes after sitting in the "cleaned" interior. I have filed complaints with the BBB and am seeking my refund. Buyer beware.

I had the pleasure of working with Tye, Carl and Mike when I traded in my '21 JL Rubicon for a new one. It was a bit complicated as I live in Virginia, but they made the transaction seamless. Great communication throughout the process. They even coordinated meeting halfway in NC to exchange vehicles. They went above and beyond to make it an A+ overall experience. I highly recommend Don Jackson CDJR North

I'd give negative stars if that were possible! I was helping a visiting family member buy a car - the one they drove down to visit me died, so we had urgency to find a new car so they could return home before the long New Year weekend. We had secured financing through a bank, and had established a buyer's agreement with the dealership for a new vehicle. The bank assured me that a printed copy of the check, and a tracking number works the majority of the time - this dealership wouldn't accept that, and it would take days to send a standard check by mail. So we were forced to get financing from the dealership, and then refinance with the bank, to get my family back home before the long holiday weekend. We specifically asked the dealership if we were secured with financing with them, and they assured us it was good, and to just drive down. After a 2.5 hour drive to the dealership, my family was kept waiting over 4 hours before they could be helped, knowing that we have dangerous mountain roads to traverse at night to get back home. My family was offered water or vending machines, and hours later found that coffee and ice cream was also available to customers when seeing other salesmen offer them. After the 4 hour wait, they were finally helped, and were told that they weren't approved for financing - we instead had to hurry to find an additional $2,500 down payment to secure the car. The dealership also snuck in a $3,500 extended warranty, that was not in the original buyer's order, and did not mention it, or the new higher price - instead, they pressured my family to sign. We only discovered this hours later. This dealership is deceitful, and takes advantage of anyone they can - DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM DON JACKSON!

A guy named Jim had told us that he made sure there were no extra stuff, we then went there the next day and they had us wait all day, and after that they proceeded to tell us they made sure there wasn't anything extra then had us sign stuff and had said what we were signing and then ended up charging an extra 3,500 dollars for an extended warranty without telling us. While waiting Jim had come out and told us very loudly where people were around us that the credit score was the lowest he's ever seen, and had also told us there was water and a vending machine but failed to mention the ice cream and coffee.

If I could give this dealership or as I should say stealership negative stars I would. This dealership is not in the business of seeking cars but the business of screwing over. I drove hours for a truck that apparently had a blown motor. We agreed on another truck. Truck had a check engine light and was extremely dirty but I was told that the previous owner took a tuner off and that’s what the problem was. I did not believe that but I went with it anyway. I was there all day traded my old truck in and drove truck home only to find out the truck had a bad motor. I called and talk to the salesman who just so happened to be family to the owner and told him what was going on he said oh I’m sorry I’ll tell my manager. Well it has been almost a week and still nothing. I’ve tried to get ahold of the finance company but news flash you can’t. The number redirect you to another company who don’t even know who the other company is. I am extremely angry and now have a $30000 yard ornament. If I where you I would steer clear of this dealership and go somewhere else.
