DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALER!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALER!! We purchased a 2019 Mercedes here and were told that the spots on the paint were just “water spots that would wash right off.” We drove the car from the dealership to our house and put it in the garage. When we took it through the car wash the spots did not come off. We then took the car to a body shop and were told that the damage was acid rain. The cost to repair the finish will be $600-$2000 depending on how intense and deep the clearcoat is damaged. ONE DAY LATER I called the dealer and asked about the paint inspection and was told that it was “near perfect condition”. When I told him about the damage and request they cover the expense of the repair, I was told “you bought a car that was as is so we will not cover any repairs.” I asked the manager if I could return the car and he said, “No!” I then told the manager that I was going to report this to the Better Business Bureau and he said, “You do whatever you want buddy!“ A Monday that started off to be the purchase of my wife’s dream car has now turned into a nightmare! BUYER BEWARE AT CINCY AUTOMALL!!!

Scam artist

Awful people. They advertise a car online for a certain price and then turn around and increase the price of the vehicle when you get there. Absolute scam artist that love to waste peoples time.

Used Vehicle Purchase

This was the worst buying experience ever! This dealership did not take my vehicle off the market once my $18,000 letter of credit was emailed to the finance department. The morning I was to pick up my vehicle my sales person Sara called to let me know the vehicle was no longer on the property because someone had scheduled a test drive. Once the vehicle was returned to Cincinnati auto Mall I inspected it. I was told it had been cleaned up however it had not been cleaned. There were food crumbs in the back and the vehicle was dirty. After having the vehicle three days I had to call AAA to jump the vehicle. With the hood up I noticed none of the fluids had been topped off by the dealership. I drove to the dealership and was told a new battery was needed and installed at their expense. Five days later I had to have the vehicle towed to the dealership. They kept the vehicle overnight and provided me with a loaner. The next day I was told my vehicle was ready for pick up. I was told a new starter was installed. All the while I had told the service manager that I believe someone had done something to the vehicle when it was taken off the lot because it was not the same as when I had test drove it. The CUE system touchscreen continuously freezes. I called the dealership over a week ago and no one has returned my call. Do not buy from Cincinnati auto Mall.

shopping used car but there were things repair

more than 3 hours waited ,they don't even fixed . just keep said wait ten minutes. after i waited 3 hours i ask them to send me the part , then I can fixed same where . you guys are wasting time .

BEWARE! Do NOT buy from the Cincy Auto Mall!

BEWARE! DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! THEY ARE FRAUDULENT AND DECEPTIVE! Do NOT purchase an Extended Warranty from the finance lady, Carolyn! She is very deceptive, dishonest and will overcharge you!
