I can’t say enough good things about Crystal who works in the service department. She has always been there for me whenever there was a problem with my Renegade. She never gives up until things are taken care of properly. Knowledgable and persistent, she makes things happen and does it with a smile. She is the best dealership service person I have ever encountered. Someone that actually cares! Thank you, Crystal for all your hard work.
