My first service I requested an oil change and tire rotation. I expected my fluids checked and topped off, didn’t happen and neither did the tire rotation! Second service again requested a tire rotation & recall service. I get a call hour later stating they looked in my glove box & center console for wheel lock & never found it. So they said they could cut it off and replace. I need my tires rotated because fronts are bald back are brand new! So I agreed. I get charged around $100. I get my vehicle back I open the spare tire compartment and the wheel lock is right there in plain site! Not only was I charged for this now I don’t have wheel locks. Ridiculous!

Dealership was very responsive to my needs. Even though there were multiple customers in the dealership, I was treated as though I was the only one there. The friendliness and professionalism of the staff was above and beyond my expectations

My experience was very positive. The team was very friendly, attentive, and professional from the beginning. The whole process was easy and smooth, and the vehicle was in excellent condition. I felt well taken care of and I would definitely come back again

Extremely satisfied with the entire experience I had visiting (for the first time) Serra Ford Rochester Hills. I searched for the vehicle online, contacted the dealership, made an appointment and purchased the vehicle. Because of a Title delay, I had to wait for it to get to the dealership. When it arrived days later, I was able to close on the Ford Edge Titanium. The sales rep, Brandon W, was excellent from start to finish. Fantastic communication during the entire process. After I said I wanted this Edge, Brandon took extreme care not to have the SUV mistakenly sold by another rep. He even went as far as tagging it with a sign saying that this Edge was not for sale anymore. I highly recommend this dealership for the way they handled the sale of the Edge. I was treated with kindness and professionalism. Most importantly, with respect. All the sales reps I encountered were very friendly and helpful. A great group of sales and financial staff made it a pleasant experience. I will definitely go back when I need to purchase another vehicle.
