Surf City Nissan

Almost 100% sure I was discriminated against by management. I was the first person at the dealership as they opened was the first person to be helped because I was the only person in there. After about 2 hours I get approved for vehicle The only vehicle on the lot that I could get. Start filling out paperwork bend over backwards the scrounge up the down payment they initially said wouldn't be a problem. After about 4 and 1/2 hours someone comes in and I immediately get ignored and the finance manager starts helping them. And barely over an hour they're in and out with the car that I was already in the middle of purchasing. I am the only customer in the building within my ethnic group. Many came and went cars were sold . And I sat for almost 6 hours. Was literally a few signatures away from getting the car. Until someone that was more in there (preference) came through the door. And to be clear I have no racial bias towards anybody. I was adopted into a minority family at a very young age. It was just so blatant. They weren't even subtle about it. Poor Mark was absolutely great he needs a raise. After the manger did that she vanished and made mark the messenger.
