So I bought the most expensive truck I have ever

So I bought the most expensive truck I have ever purchased expecting the truck to have the the standard specs. A 2024 2500 LT diesel. The first problem was the truck had a lowered payload capacity which was never disclosed. Now I discovered the truck has a smaller fuel tank than what is standard which was never disclosed. I told them I was buying the truck for road trips. I really thought these people were good but everything after the purchase has gone south. This has turned out to be the worst vehicle purchases I have ever made. I would have never purchased this truck had I known about these issues and it should have been disclosed. I am beyond disappointed with this dealership over this.

took truck in for a airbag recall and when got it back my

took truck in for a airbag recall and when got it back my dash was cracked were they installed it, i pointed it out to them, first said they didnt do it then told me they told me this could happen which was never told to me or i would have told them dont do it, so here i am my truck is worse now then when i dropped it off, AVOID THIS PLACE

Got what I was looking for.

Got what I was looking for. However, was missing things included in the sale and takes weeks/months to get them. Make sure you read everything included and see it on the vehicle.

Avoid this dealer.

Avoid this dealer. Ordered parts which I was forced to pay in advance and was told I would get a call when they came in. 3 weeks later still no call. Why? The parts were never ordered. Two more weeks no parts and had to make a bigs stink to get a refund. Find a reputable dealer, this isn’t one.

Customer dissatisfaction seems to be their specialty.

Customer dissatisfaction seems to be their specialty. I dropped off my car with a check engine light on Thursday and received a call on Tuesday that my car was done. I picked up my car at 8:00 and drove two miles down the road and the light came back on, turned around went back and Jason said that they would get it right in and I should be out of there in an hour. seven hour later the car was still not fixed. At that point I decided that the service department was completely incompetent and took my car. As it turns out the only thing they did was clear the code on the first go around and never did any troubleshooting to find out why the light had come on. Not only is that lazy but it puts the customer and the vehicle at risk. That in a nutshell is how much they care about their customers. One last item when I dropped my car off it was clean and when I picked it up it was another slap in the face as my car was filthy. I can't imagine why GM allows such substandard practices to take place in their dealership network. I will never go near this dealership again !
