We stopped in looking at EVs after visiting the Ford dealership. The staff were excellent, paitient and not pushy, answering all our questions and patiently waiting for 30 minutes while we weighed our options and ultimately made our decison. They stayed past closing time to help us. We are grateful to the team!

We had a good experience with the sales associate Melissa who was friendly and helpful. However, unfortunately, when we interacted with the finance department representative we were subjected to extremely pushy and rude behavior when she tried to sell us additional warranty and insurance packages. When I politely declined, she repeatedly asked why we didn't want it, even becoming judgmental, and acting as if we were being unreasonable by declining additional insurance. I kept politely declining, eager to move on to signing the contract, but she kept insisting and asked us literally four or five times in a row why we weren't going to purchase the additional warranties. We had our baby with us who was getting fussy, but this finance representative would not let it go. It was completely unprofessional to be so dismissive of what the customer is saying. When she finally realized I was not going to budge, she became visibly grumpy and then acted annoyed with us for the rest of the interaction. It was an extremely unpleasant experience to be treated like this especially when making such a huge purchase. It was unfortunate because the rest of our experience at this dealership was pleasant and professional.

It was a pleasure working with Brian Washington. He was knowledgeable about the car and, as I had done my research, I knew the answers he gave were accurate. When there were small hiccups along the way he went out of his way to resolve them. Overall, the purchasing process was low stress.

Farshad was a very knowledgeable and professional salesman. He went out of the way to ensure that the car would be available for me , and was very transparent throughout the whole process. Would definitely recommend the dealership , and would recommend that you ask for him.
