Wonderful experience and felt very informed throughout the whole process. No hidden charges and Mike went above and beyond for me.

A few days ago, I found myself in a position of needing a new car ASAP, specifically because my job requires a lot of travel. I reached out to a friend for advice, and they referred me to the CarShop, as they had bought three cars from them previously. They got me in touch with Andre in the service department. I explained my situation to Andre, who was so kind and helpful; he referred me to Brian. I spoke to Brian who walked me through the whole process. I chose a car that I liked, and by the time I arrived, that same day, he had the car ready for me to test drive. I was able to seamlessly trade in my old car. Brian was kind, informative, patient, and fully transparent with everything. By 7:30 that night, I was driving off in a car that fits perfectly for my needs, with less than 8,000 miles on it, and my payment is below my budget!

I never even heard of this place. I was just looking for vehicles online and CarShop popped up. I loved their inventory so I stopped in. Just pulling in the lot seemed welcoming!!! Nice selection and even the building itself was welcoming!!!! I spotted what I spotted a few things I liked, walked in and was greeted by Nate. We introduced ourselves and then Nate made this whole process so easy, we started having general conversations about other things. I felt like I was talking to a friend not a salesman!!!! He stayed in touch via calls and texts throughout the process. He was extremely helpful and I appreciate his guidance.

Syndie was very helpful but not pushy. My initial contact was to simply browse and she was understanding and let me roam the lot. When I found a vehicle of interest she helped me through to the purchase.

I found CarShop by accident, and I'm so glad I did! I was between appointments and in the market for a new car when I decided to stop in to look at a used Toyota Corolla. I was greeted by Kevin who totally understood my time constraint, and set it up so I could test drive the car during my quick break. I fell in love with the car, and really appreciated the no-pressure, genuinely helpful sales service. Kevin understood my budget and was very easy to talk to. I bought the car the next day, and he called to check in and make sure everything was running smoothly. This was by far the best car buying experience I could imagine.
