I found CarShop by accident, and I'm so glad I did! I was between appointments and in the market for a new car when I decided to stop in to look at a used Toyota Corolla. I was greeted by Kevin who totally understood my time constraint, and set it up so I could test drive the car during my quick break. I fell in love with the car, and really appreciated the no-pressure, genuinely helpful sales service. Kevin understood my budget and was very easy to talk to. I bought the car the next day, and he called to check in and make sure everything was running smoothly. This was by far the best car buying experience I could imagine.

Whenever I shop for a car again, I will look at CarShop first, as my experience was above and beyond what I expected! I was looking for a very specific vehicle, and when I expressed disappointment that the one I’d found on the lot had been pulled from sale, the rep I dealt with (Greg) interacted with the sales team, and they were able to find another one for me!! From there, they kept me informed throughout the inspection process, reassured me when I had concerns, and helped me make the financing process so much simpler! On purchase day, my sales reps Greg was unavailable - getting married! - they set me up with Tony. Tony was super knowledgeable about the electric vehicle I was purchasing, took additional steps to get my insurance set up, was friendly and relatable and informative, just top notch. I had a lot of concerns about my vehicle purchase, because there are so many nightmare stories about dishonest and predatory dealerships, but these folks took such good care of me. Positive experience top to bottom.
