I only think and speak highly of 2 dealerships I buy a car approx every 2 years Thompson Toyota and Lexus in Doylestown and Hertitage Dodge Harrisburg Previously lived in Lehigh Valley We now live in Phila both with no shortage of dealerships to be avoided. Heritage is a dealership anyone in need of a vehicle should buy from in Harrisburg or Phila.. Doylestown is still suggest Thompson though if you’re after a Chrysler product be sure to speak with Heritage. My reviews are completely unsponsored in any way. I’m writing the truth about both dealerships with Heritage being my most recent experience.. A good dealership, a good used car dealership or new should be in deserves to be discussed and promoted and talked about. There are too many that do not deserve to even be in business. I hope heritage is there when I need/want my next vehicle. Straight forward buying process, all done via text and phone. Dealer offered a reasonable and appropriate value for trade that was honored by the dealership when I arrived. Same with pricing on the new vehicle. In short, what was agreed to several weeks earlier on the phone, held up at on delivery at the sales desk. Sales manager Bryan, internet rep Lauren and sales rep Gabriella were professional and a pleasure to work with…
