I was in search of a specific color vehicle and was presented with a monthly payment that did not match the taxes and price of the vehicle. The salesman was unwilling to budge or even discuss it. He leaned back in the chair and repeated over and over that he won’t negotiate. He never suggested a different trim or color. He did not show me mathematically how those payments matched the otd price, because they didn’t. I had to add $2000 on to the price or 1.26 points of interest to make it match. There definitely was not full disclosure.

We just purchased a new 2026 CRV at Friendly… the entire experience was excellent. Joe Babcock was easy to work with and the primary reason that we made the purchase.

I had been going well past a need for an oil change. My husband literally just passed away. At first I thought they were closed, cut when I checked their scheduling online they had an opening. I would miss it, but I still called and left a message. They called me right back, and were able to fit me in. They were kind, like always. They didn’t question when I had to keep stepping away to handle calls. The oil change was quick, and is at least one less worry. I’m very grateful. I mentioned a loss, and Bobby was kind, shared his condolences, and kept things professional and friendly. I needed that. I’m glad I found this location, and have gone there every time. I will keep going there. Thank you

Outstanding service! Bobby Jones was welcoming, kind and very thoughtful. He took his time explaining everything to me and made sure I was comfortable while I waited. All the staff is top notch!
