3 previous visits were all disasters , sloppy mechanics,

3 previous visits were all disasters , sloppy mechanics, scratched rim on slow leak repair, spill oil on engine cover during oil change, kick scuffs on light gray loer door panel, living than I denied recommendation of KIA360 Multi Point inspection, don't know if a charge , would have done if free , recent oil change 2 - 19 , looks like court low, I would never buy car from this dealership again , only service would be warranty issues, stay away from dealership

It’s a terrible service center, they will not help you in

It’s a terrible service center, they will not help you in emergency, they don’t lend you a vehicle while your car is being serviced. It’s a billion dollar company that still charges you 3% surcharge for using credit card to pay. They won’t even fix a small problem without charging you thousands of dollars. I would not recommend anyone go there.

It’s a terrible service center, they will not help you in emergency, they don’t lend you a vehicle while your car is being serviced.
