Salesman provided great service. Finance person was a bit too pushy try to sell additional protection.

I have bought several cars over the years but this was one of the best experience ever. The inventory of vehicles, the experience of the sales person Brittany Koschnitzki, her no pressure approach, her willingness to answer any question I came up with, and then she worked very hard to get a great deal for me on both my trade in and my purchase. She made this a very smooth transaction. Thanks to Brittany and the staff at Napleton Countryside Mazda I now have a beautiful 2026 CX50. It is such a great car. I cant thank them enough. Wanted to trade in my 2017 CX5, a great vehicle and get a new CX5 as it was the last year of this exact body style.Got an internet price,and then into dealership to drive and see exact vehicle. Met with Andre the manager and Randy salesman. The owner was on site Steve Napleton who greeted me also (Nice touch owner that cares enough to meet potential customers)! Drove the CX5 2025 model comparable to mine,but then was told about the "premium plus," CX5 with many more standard options. They had a couple in stock but not the exact color and options I wanted, so they located it and brought it to the dealership for me to see and test drive. The vehicle has so much to offer, hands down the absolute best value for the money, plus it is made in Japan and the quality shows. Now for the part many hate the pricing. This dealership held to the original price,no games in the finance department (sorry forgot mans name), no dishonesty the brutal truth as many say,about the deal, If your looking for a dealer that does not play games and is direct with a great deal look no further than Napleton Mazda in Countryside. P.S had to go back to bring the "extra key" for my trade in a couple of days later met the manager Skylar who also was very informative to talk to! This dealership from beginning to end of deal was professional,honest and customer first focused!

Absolutely do not recommend this dealership. I was blatantly misled by the salesperson, who told me the car included Wireless Apple CarPlay—it didn’t. When I raised the issue, they took no accountability and aggressively demanded payment they forgot to collect. The experience has been nothing but stressful, dishonest, and unprofessional. If you value transparency and integrity, go elsewhere.

I had a great experience buying a car from Andy Jakubczak at Napleton Mazda. He is such a nice person. I went in feeling anxious because I thought the salesman might be “hard sell” and might not take me seriously because I am a woman. Instead, I had a very pleasant experience with Andy. I recommend this dealership and Andy in particular. The Mazda line is great, with a different engine from most cars, and boy does it jump when I put on the gas. Very peppy!! When I need another car, I will go straight back to Andy.
