I had a great experience purchasing my vehicle at Auto Giants Mitsubishi. Matt and Joel were professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. They took the time to understand what I wanted, worked within my budget, and made sure I was comfortable with every decision. There was zero pressure, clear communication, and full transparency which made the buying process smooth and stress-free. They went above and beyond to get me exactly what I was looking for, and I truly felt supported from start to finish. Everything was handled efficiently, and there were no hidden surprises. I highly recommend Auto Giants Mitsubishi, especially if you’re working with Matt and Joel. This was one of the best car-buying experiences I’ve had.

In my view, this is a high pressure sales environment. I came to test drive a used car that was on their website, but they tried to sell me a new car instead, telling me the used car was already sold. After I took a test drive, I had the manager and salesman questioning me before I could get out of there. In my short time at the dealership, I also heard what I thought were some hardcore pressure tactics on customer who was by herself and seemed ignorant of the sales process.

I purchased my car three years ago and have taken it to the Manassas service center for all the work that needs to be done on it for servicing. Toby is always so polite and lets me know if any additional work need to be done before it's gone. Great job. Keep it up.

I waited a few months before writing a review. Bought a truck back in May/June. Charles Harris helped me out when I came in to look at the truck the first time, he ran some numbers for me and I left. Didn’t feel any pressure at all into buying the vehicle, I left because I had a few others ones I was looking at as well. I came back about a week later, truck was still there and I had came back on time, there was someone else interested in as well. I had gave Charles a call ahead of time and let him know I was stopping but to make the purchase. The manager was also super helpful during the process. I believe his name was Phillip. After buying the truck, the check engine light came on while driving it home. I ran my scanner and found the issue, contacted Charles about it and he spoke with his manager, they had me bring it in the next day and took care of it at no cost. I was afraid they would pull something on me but no issues no back and forth, they took care of me. It’s been a couple of months with having the truck now, no issues with the truck and no complaints.
