The salesperson I work with (Daniel) is the reason I go to Gerald Ford. Excellent customer service. I also appreciated Ryan in the service department. He was very helpful, friendly, and down to earth. I also appreciate that when you walk in the door, you're immediately greeted by a friendly employee who makes eye contact and isn't staring into their phone.

Our sales consultant Youssef was great and I'd give him a 5 start review. He kept us informed and followed up after we purchased the truck offering assistance on any questions or assitance we needed learning about the vehicle.

Jonathan and Aaron are great to work with and Jonathan went above and beyond washing our F350 himself when he couldn't get a porter. As a team they made sure we had an efficient process with minimal waiting time

I called them in the morning and they got me in right away. And fixed the car in the same day. Plus they dropped me back at home. And delivered the truck back to. Great service
