Route 17 Nissan

PLEASE STAY CLEAR OF THIS DEALERSHIP! Did not read the reviews prior to wasting my time dealing with this dealership. That was my fault. I found a car online and booked a test drive, after trying to put a deposit on the car. They said that we cannot take a deposit over the phone, so I booked my test drive. Prior to driving to the dealership, I called and was told that the car was still available. Got to the dealership within 45 minutes and was told that the car was sold earlier. I felt that was a lie because they could have had the courtesy of calling to let me know the car was sold. Then, they tried selling me a similar car at a higher price. I left the dealership very disappointed to travel 45 minutes back home.

Everyone was fast and excellent very professional Robert is the one to go to for great service.

I shopped at three Nissan dealers for a lightly used Nissan sedan. Route 17 Nissan had the lowest prices without the usual gimmicks and hidden fees. Manny and Enrique were very friendly and transparent. I am truly pleased with how smooth the process was. This is is my second Nissan vehicle I purchased this year, and I will definitely back at Route 17 Nissan for my next car!

Our first visit/test drive/purchase discussion was a disaster. We were looking for a more efficient truck for our daughter to commute to her new job and she was instantly in love with a red Ford Ranger we found on AutoTrader located at Rt 17 Nissan. The sales manger, Travis, who dealt with my husband and daugher after the test drive, tried to tack on a $3,000 'dealer prep' fee, (despite the online dealer disclosure that the quoted price was inclusive of everything except taxes, docs and registration), lowballed our trade-in and repeatedly tried to spin finiancing options when we repeatedly said we were paying cash. Thank goodness I returned the next to to try to work something out. Victor Torres and his team in sales and finance ultimately made our purchase seamless, efficient and a pleasure. Victor listened to our needs, stood by the price and disclosures quoted online and offered us an excellent value on our trade in. We drove off the lot feeling completely positive about the staff (Jamie is a gem) and the integrity of the process. And, we got an adorable truck and huge points from our girl! Awesome Save

If I could score a 0 I would. Three hours there only to get the bait and switch tactics. Avoid at all costs.

Their sales team is just there to make money not make long lasting customers. I have knowledge of how dealerships operate my cousin owned one years back. From The overpriced warranty to $900 document fee and that doesn't include the $300 registration fee. The warranty they quoted was for $3000 and included nothing. When I called back they offered me a wrap around warranty for a $3300 and I got the same thing for my current Subaru which only cost me $2000.

Be careful, the price announced is not reality, in the store they want to charge USD3k more as warranty + other fees.

Everyone in the sales department went over and above to assure a pleasant buying experience. I would highly recommend this crew to anyone looking for a new car!
