I would like to take a moment to express my sincere appreciation for the exceptional service provided by Raul in your West Houston Volvo service department. Raul is a genuinely kind and highly professional individual consistently goes above and beyond to ensure his customer states are met. He takes the time to keep me well informed about the status of my vehicle and always acts in my best interest. Recently, after my hip surgery, I reached out to him regarding my car, registration sticker. Understanding my situation, he arranged for Porter to pick up and drop off my car, making a challenging time much easier for me. This thoughtful gesture, truly exemplifies, dedication, and customer care. I feel incredibly fortunate to have Raul as my service manager. Anyone who has a pleasure working with him as an undoubtably in good hands. It is rare to find someone as dedicated and genuine into today’s world, and Raul’s commitment to his customer surpasses all of my expectations, even though sit by his predecessor, Felipe Sommers. I have taken my vehicle here for service for 5.5 years. The service advisors and managers have always been super helpful. During my most recent visit, I needed to fix my air conditioner which was around $4K. The Service advisor, Daniel, and manager, Rich, reached out to Volvo. The Volvo rep agreed to cover the entire cost because of goodwill assistance. I'm so appreciative of the proactive approach Daniel and Rich took to ensure my vehicle got fixed at no cost to me.

DURING 80K MAINTANENCE SERVICE - RAUL FROM SERVICE DEPARTMENT RECOMMENDED SOME ADDITIONAL REPAIRS, WE WERE TOLD BY DEMONTROND (WHERE WE PURCHASE THE VEHICLE FROM) , THAT ALL SHOULD BE COVERED. MR. RAUL GENTLY TALKED WITH BOTH DEMONTROND AND WARRANTY FROEVER REPS TO DO THE REAPIRS AT WEST HOUSTON AND HOPEFULLY HE WILL SOLVE THE ISSUE AND WE WILL RESCHEDULE WITH THEM TO DO THE REPAIRS , HE WAS VERY HELPFUL.

The salesperson and manager are friendly and eager to help without being pushy. They stayed late after closing without pressuring us to make a decision. Our salesperson took his time explaining everything about the car and answering questions well. The dealership is clean and very nice.

Paige was a wonderful service advisor who took care of me the entire process from drop off and loaner set up to pick up and payment. Communication was perfect and prompt. Service Manager Rich has always been a huge help both under the hood and with guidance on the health and trajectory of my vehicle. He has a great team of advisors, and Paige is one of the best!

Everything about the experience was positive. Paige is a fantastic service representative. Great communication, thoroughly explained the work to be done and possible cost, and had a great loaner for me. Service worked quickly to diagnose and resolve issues, and performed needed maintenance.
