We contacted HGREG about a used Jeep they had listed. Their response and customer service was amazing. One phone call and we were connected with Jose Delgado in Orlando dealership. He is absolutely amazing and was very straight forward. He put his hands on the vehicle as we spoke and was able to anwser all our questions. Being an out of state buyer, he still didn’t hesitate to spend time to explain how the dealership worked and assure us he could get us from the airport to the dealership to take delivery. Within a day I was ready to fly in and make drive the car home. Purchasing the car from the comfort of my home was so easy. We were in constant communication and the finance manager was very good also. Very upfront on dealer fees… documents all matched with no hidden unexpected costs. We opted for a few warranties and they were explained in detail and upfront on the pricing. Absolutely would send anyone to them without hesitation. Price is as stated online but like any car purchase there are fees to be expected with dealer cost and state garbage you can’t get around. No one buys a car for exact sticker price… so be realistic. Their contracts are very clear and accurate. Best part is the salesman are not on commission so they don’t pressure you into something you don’t want or need. Just can’t say enough about Jose and this dealership. Would buy from them again and will definitely recommend for out of state buyers if you want to visit Orlando and drive one home. Couldn’t be happier with our purchase!
