What a scam. I had an appointment with the Grieco service department to have an oil change and tire rotation and to do a Ford Motor recommended repair on the transmission. My vehicle only had 41K miles on it. I had a coupon to perform the first repair for less than $100 and the Ford-recommended repair was free. The service rep at Grieco said they would check the other fluids, but it would take another day. When I returned to pick up the vehicle the following day, I was met with a totally unexpected $1861 bill. They had performed unapproved services for various fluid replacements, wheel alignment, cabin filter replacement, fuel injector services, engine air filter replacement plus they added a credit card penalty and shop service fee. They refused to perform the Ford Motor recommended repair on the transmission shifter cable for unknown reasons. I was scammed big time! I will never deal with Grieco again. What an embarrassment to Ford Motor Company. Their rep need not contact me. It’s done.

I am extremely disappointed and angered by the dishonest and unfair treatment my family received at Grieco Ford of Delray Beach. My husband is coming up on the end of his lease for a 2023 Ford Ranger, so I called about a 2025 Ford Ranger 4x2 on their lot and spoke with Gabriella, on Monday 3/2/26 at 4:29 PM, who assured me that he qualified for multiple discounts as a First Responder (firefighter), a four‑time returning Ford lease customer, and through his father, a U.S. Coast Guard veteran. She clearly stated that I would be able to lease the vehicle for $235/month with $1,123 down. Gabriella then pressured me to come in that same day, while my husband was on shift at the firehouse, saying the sales team was “closing out the month,” the General Manager was “aggressive about selling the car,” and that if we waited, the deal would not be honored. She even promised to take additional money off the selling price if we came in immediately. Trusting her word, I drove there late at night after coordinating with my parents so we could finalize the deal. When I arrived, Gabriella was suddenly nowhere to be found, and Hassan immediately began changing the numbers. He claimed they would not honor the deal we were promised and instead told us the new terms were $3,000 down and $330/month—a massive jump from what was guaranteed to us over the phone. Even though the website directly stated the offer the car was going for, and I had documented proof, Hassan said it was not a binding number. So not ONLY were we falsely misled, Grieco Ford is falsely advertising such prices on their website to lure customers in. It was a complete bait‑and‑switch. Hassan even had the audacity to mention my diamond ring I was wearing, saying it was the first thing he saw and how flashy and big the diamond was. Greico Ford Delray missed out on not a one car deal, but a three-car deal as myself, my husband, and parents were prepared to purchase vehicles. As a lifelong Ford customer since 2015, we are furious that our family was misled, pressured to come in urgently, and then given the runaround once we arrived. To make matters worse, after I declined the bogus new offer, Hassan texted my personal number the next day asking if I still wanted to move forward—as if the previous night’s deception never happened. This experience was unprofessional, disrespectful, and completely unacceptable. I expected honesty and integrity from a Ford dealership, which Ford prides themselves on, and instead my family was met with dishonesty and wasted time. I will not be returning to this dealership, and I strongly caution others to be wary of the tactics used here.

I’ve had multiple terrible experiences with this service department, and it’s consistently the same story: incompetence, lack of communication, and zero accountability. I own a high-performance truck, and every time it goes in, something goes wrong. Warranty issues always take 3+ visits before they’re even close to being resolved. A simple oil change turned into a complete disaster when the technicians didn’t even screw the oil cap back on, dumping oil all over my engine bay and causing further mechanical problems. The service reps constantly make promises they don’t keep, avoid calls, and rarely communicate updates. The mechanics are careless at best, incompetent at worst. Instead of solving problems, they create new ones. This isn’t a one-time mistake — it’s a pattern. If you value your vehicle and your time, avoid Greico Ford Delray Beach service department. Don’t trust these people with your car.

Lacking honesty. Gave three stars because they did give a good quote, but it was for the one color I specifically stated I did not want from the onset. Then after the color was changed no one said a word about increase in price. Wasted my time. All I asked was just be upfront and honest.

I purchased a brand new Ford maverick in May 2024, it has less than 10,000 miles and the key broke. FORD will not stand behind their keys. I’ve read all over the Internet where they break constantly and our junk. Grieco FORD does not stand behind their product either. I’m quite disappointed. I highly recommend you buy a Toyota or a Nissan Ford doesn’t stand behind their products.
