Gage was very professional and friendly, but my experience at Beaver Chevrolet wasn’t good at all. I took my truck over there because the forward collision light came on and would not turn off. After 2 weeks they called me and told me my truck was ready for pick up, but when I went to pick it up the light was still On. I had to leave my truck for 1 more week. Sincerely, I think there was a lack of communication. Also I had to wait 3 weeks for my truck when the repairs took only few hours. I would not come back to this dealer.

Joseph Ortiz was amazing from start to the finish steps. He did not overwhelm me, very knowledgeable about the industry and made my experience enjoyable. Joe knew I was nervous with all of the new technology in my new car, but he took the time to educate me and at the end, I felt more comfortable with my new investment. I was really impressed when he called me the next day to see how I was doing with my new car. My sister is in the market for a new car, I am sending her to Joe. He is a keeper! Christian Muneton was very thorough with answering my questions and helping me make my decision to close the deal. He has a special charisma that makes you feel welcome. Well I have to say I was shocked when I was advised that
Well I have to say I was shocked when I was advised that it would be 3-weeks to get my truck diagnostically tested for the transmission. Once it was diagnosed, the issue was corrected fairly quick. Extended warranty insurance guy came out to look at it within two days and OK to have a torque converter replaced on it. And so far so good 1 week out. The bad part is you have to leave the vehicle there for the whole period of time it takes for your vehicle to get to diagnostic testing. So we can’t be sitting there in the lot for weeks. I can only assume this is because they are backed up severely. However, if there’s time as far as the work, I have to say they did a good job go far and they even found a leaking oil cooler line. So all in all it was a good experience with the exception of my vehicle sitting there for three weeks just to be diagnostically test tested.
