My turbo went out.

My turbo went out. It was all good and covered under warranty. They installed the new turbo and I drove it for i believe a day and it gave me the same error message. I took it back to them and found out that something came loose from the work they did. They fixed that issue and gave it back to me and I drove it for a couple more days and it stalled on me. I took it back to them for a 3rd time just for them to tell me that I need a new battery and they were going to charge me close to $400 to install it. I picked the car up and installed it myself and saved myself $200.

Recently picked up my third Chevrolet and chose Beaver

Recently picked up my third Chevrolet and chose Beaver due to my previous sales experience being easy while working with the sales team. I have been "WOW'd"! Also, the service department has serviced all of my vehicles and I've been impressed with there knowledge and expertise during diagnosis and timely repairs when needed. Even Shade is my go to in the service area and he always treats me like family.

A friend of mine told ne about Beaver Chevrolet, so I

A friend of mine told ne about Beaver Chevrolet, so I went there to price a truck that I was interested in. Beaver Chevrolet did beat all other price that I got. The salesman Steven did a great job on following up with any questions that I had. Eli, the sales manager also did a great job coming to the price that I wanted. However, no fault to Beaver Chevrolet, the first truck I got had a issues that happened in the first 2 days if owning the truck. Steven and Eli did another great job rectifying the problem and got me another truck, with Beavers 30 day return policy. So, the only reason that I give them a 4 star, is because the service manager never called me like i was told he would. Or, returned my phone call after I left a message for him. Sales and F&I get 5 stars, service, not so much. 3 to 4 stars at best.

It was a good experience.

It was a good experience. Chris did a good job communicating and went above and beyond. Overall I would work with Chris again.

I brought my vehicle in to be serviced for an oil change,

I brought my vehicle in to be serviced for an oil change, upon arrival I was greeted and offered to wait in the sitting area until my vehicle was done being serviced. The staff were awesome throughout the time my vehicle was being serviced! Thanks!

Danny Castro made buying our son’s first car so easy.

Danny Castro made buying our son’s first car so easy. Normally I dread dealerships always expecting pressure tactics. Not the case here. So friendly and so helpful. Would definitely recommend buying a car from Danny. Great guy.
