• Hessert Chevrolet Certified Service & Tir... Let me say I'm so disappointed with Hessert Chevy on the boulevard I'm sitting hear still My appt was at 8:30am for an oil change only I was made aware by Paul multiple other issues my car needed I declined them all paid for the oil change I was told my car will be up in two minutes that was at 11:30 am I made them aware I need to get to work four different cars were brought up none of them was mine I went outside maybe it was already out there I was asked to come back in Paul then says my car needed an oil plug all the oil leaked out of my car and he did not have a new plug for my car here it's now past 12:30 I needed to call off from work because I need to wait on them to find a new oil plug for my car very unsatisfied customer overpriced due to loss of a day of pay Post
