Thanks AutoNation Subaru with my car purchase. From the online communication, Taylor Sullivan, to the in-person experience with sales rep, John Talaga, choosing my Ascent was a breeze. John is so knowledgeable and helped me feel even more comfortable with my decision. The finance department was shorthanded that day and took us a little while before it was our turn to complete the necessary paperwork, but they were very friendly and personable. All the staff have been great and I would recommend this dealership if you’re looking for a quality product.

My experience has not been good with this dealership. My sales rep, Shawn Walker, awesome. Would buy a car from him in a heartbeat, but not from this dealership. Extremely poor customer service, absolutely no calls back. They lost my floor mats during the detail process, you know washing and cleaning it before you pick it up and it?s been over two months since the purchase and other than Shawn, no one calls me back and no one responds. I know they did not make much money off of me purchasing this car, but I shouldn?t be treated as such. Even the service work they did before I owned the vehicle, before I even test drove it, needed to be redone because they put cheap aftermarket brake pads on and it warped the rotors. Even getting that work honored and fixed took weeks and weeks and without Shawn in my side, I am not convinced it would?ve been done at all. I have more to say but will stop here. I assume if you purchase a newer car from this dealership, you would be treated differently, but I?m not convinced.

I recently brought a pre owned EcoSport and Mr. Sullivan was the sales manager. He was very professional and explained every bit of the process in detail. The documentation took just 15 mins and I could drive out. The history of the vehicle was well explained and overall, I am extremely impressed with the process and the way the vehicle was delivered.

I had an appointment. Service was estimated to be 1 to 1.5 hours, 30 mins was added because I asked to look over something. It took a little more than 3 hours. I had to go up abd ask the advisor about eta. No point in making an appointment.
