Went here for a warranty turbo service. Asked two questions about the service, 1. Would it be a 1 for 1 swap or an improved version of the known defective turbo. 2 would I get a courtesy vehicle since my car would be in for 3 days. The service manager had a bad attitude and told me “you’re lucky we’re giving you a turbo”. I tried to speak with his boss and got transferred back to him not once, but twice. Then after making a complaint I was told my car would be done in two hours, originally I was told it wouldn’t be done for 3 days. I told them I was arranging a tow to another Buick don’t touch my car and then it became “there’s nothing I can do your car is done”. Stay FAR away from here for service. Wouldn’t expect sales to be any better to be honest as no one reached out to me after the fact.

I just purchased a GMC Canyon and from the time I walked in the door till I drove the truck home that same day my wife and I had a great experience . Joe (Greenberg) listened to my wants and needs and we looked at the truck and the price was right. He was very knowledgeable and professional . We came back in the afternoon and Joe had all the paperwork and a nice shinny truck ready to go. (Great detail job by the workers) Today I picked up the plates and registration and again Joe was most helpful. So far I will gladly recommend Sawyer Lyons to anyone looking for a car or truck. These xxxxxxxx slap lipstick on a pig then ask top dollar. When things inevitably go south, they absolve themselves of any knowledge of preexisting issues and refuse to work with the customer…Example, bought a 30k Porsche with undisclosed issues which added 10k to the bill within the first month. Their response…oh well, not our problem. Avoid these pieces of xxxxxxxxx like the plague!

The only think that I have say is service the last time I was there was terrible because had a oil change appointment at 10 only got out 2 and half hours later and was because I complain and they did a half fast job. Ask to check my brake sensor they did not do that.
