My vehicle sat at the dealership 'waiting for parts' for a week. I was told the parts would be in writhing 3-4 days. I was then told that it would be another 5 days to receive parts. After two weeks no service was rendered and I took my vehicle back until parts were actually received. It then sat for another 3 days because 'not all needed parts were ordered'. I will never return to this dealership for service. This service location is both dishonest and unprofessional. I will no longer be taking this vehicle to ford dealerships for service.

Jorge got me approved over the phone for the Jeep Compass. There was a rattle in the front so I had to bring it back a couple days later. They kept it for a few days and when I picked it up the rattle was gone and it's perfect. I wanted a 600 today car payment and he got me a payment for 580. Everything was great. And I am very happy with my purchase.
