Sales person made many errors was not in contact with at all. Delay in completing the job over 2 months was not on top of completing the work several delays that could be avoided. My rental went past 30 days. I was charged 345.00 due to Toyota. I will never go back there. The manager Cliff got involved due to his employee lack of service to us. 2 months was outrageous time for my car to sit there waiting for Toyota to complete the job. No communication with Cris Huho. The manager tried to resolve it but stood by his employee who he thought did a great job. Was Outrageous being nice is one thing but being incompetent is another. They did not us us as far when we could pick up the car I called Chris slot he seemed to be in lala Lang. Very disappointed with the quality of service. Pls forward this sevey to upper management.

They provide best advice for things that need to be done at time of service and at same time how to save money and planning when to do things and plan ahead. Professional and nice they care about customer satisfaction. They answer all questions I have without giving me any attitude. They are attentive and respectful. I really appreciate the work they provide
