I had an outstanding car buying experience with Don Hattan Ford in Augusta, Ks ! My salesman was Alonso Acosta, he truly went above and beyond. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the care, professionalism, and overall customer experience. The entire sales process was smooth, transparent, and completely pressure-free. I knew exactly what I wanted, and the team delivered on every level. It’s rare to find a dealership that truly makes you feel comfortable and valued throughout the process, but Don Hattan absolutely did that for me. I can confidently say I’ll be buying my vehicles here for life. Highly recommend!

Angel my salesperson was good. A bed liner was included in my sale but I had to wait from Monday-Thursday to hear anything and I had to follow up on it. Angel was off but made sure it was set up for Friday. I was not provided how to get my truck to the liner business until I asked for the details. Did not take me long to find a vehicle but the waiting for the finance department was so long. I was at the dealership over 5 hours and was over the experience time it was over. While meeting with the finance department I had to correct to added charges on my forms. He seemed to be tired and frustrated. Also, he was the only one available and had several customers. Communication could be so much better.

I bought a truck in March and was told the taxes were included in my payment, only to find out it cost me over $1,800 to register it, I do not have that kind of money lying around, especially after buying a new vehicle. My old one was 20 years old, and it was time to retire it. I should have walked out when they added $1000 to the sales price because I did not trade in my old truck. That's on me, But, bottom line, I was not told about the property tax I would have to pay to get the truck registered. The GM did call me, but was not willing to take any responsibility for the misinformation. I will not refer anyone to them, nor will I ever do business with them, in the future,

They were very easy to work with and not pushy at all which is something I really appreciate when dealing with people. They made me a great deal for my trade in in my opinion.

The sales team member (Brady) had the vehicle I called about already moved out and ready for a test drive when I arrived. He was knowledgeable of the vehicle and honest in his assessment during the test drive. The team handled my financing with grace, knowing I was a first time buyer and loan options would be more limited, doing their best to find me a down payment and APR that worked with my budget. Overall a great experience!

I drove over an hour to come test drive a vehicle and when I got there I found out that on top of the $695 "document fees" I would also owe a $799 fee for film that they already put on the vehicle to protect it. When looking at a $12000 vehicle being charged an extra $1500 in fees is ridiculous!!! He tried to tell me it was normal for the industry, but I ASSURE you that I've been car shopping for over a month and that is the most outrageous amount I've heard at ANY car dealership and I've looked in Wichita, Newton, Hutchinson, McPherson, and Salina. I put the vehicle in reverse and took it immediately back to the parking lot and left. Buyer beware and ask about their fees up front!! Ps... I've also received 2 texts since my visit and I've responded to both from a sales manager named Jeremy that I had a bad experience and then get no answer back at all. Apparently those are automated
