We needed a car for my son, a high student. I was looking for a smaller car in good mechanical shape with dents, etc. to keep the price low. They showed me a nice Cavalier that had some hail damage. We now have a real nice car for my son; the only thing wrong is some dents ( it still looks pretty good) and it runs and handles great. Price? It was almost half of what the same model car was on other lots. Auto Plaza really makes an effort to go over the cars before they sell one. The salesman was very honest about what was and was not wrong with the car. I would buy another car here when I need one. We shopped for a month at other places and did not find this quality everywhere.

To start off with I will have to say this was the most...

To start off with I will have to say this was the most pleasant car buying experience we have ever had. Josh Steger (our salesman) got me to Dubuque by sending me a short video of the Sonata(the car I was interested in) by email. He was very knowledgeabe of the Sonata due to him owning one himself. I was able to work out a deal on a Hyundai Sonata Hybrid that we were very happy with. Josh is a real people person and we thoroughly enjoyed working with him. Having him as a salesman at your facility is a true benefit.

My wife and I were shopping for a a new car last fall, I really liked the Toyota Prius but my wife didn't want to buy at our first stop. We went to Dubuque auto plaza to see what they had for hybrids, after looking at the sonata we were still sold on the Prius, then our salesman showed us a elantra. It was about 7k cheaper the. The Toyota and gets about the same fuel mileage, for the driving we do. Josh Steger was vey helpful in our purchase. He even knew more about the Prius then the Toyota salesman. We are happy with our car and Josh. we have sent a couple of friends to him to to find a car,and he treated them just as good as us.

We decided to look at some cars in dubuque, we drove though your lot and Phil was standing out in the lot, when we pulled in. we were just going to look at cars, he said, come inside and he asked us some questions and he thought alittle bit, and he said "I have a car that you would like." they went and got it, I walked out the door and saw that car and it was perfect. I said "THAT'S MINE" we test drove it.Went in and did the paperwork, we had alittle problem with financing, to make a long story short between PHIL,BEN, and JUSTIN WE GOT THE CAR. OVERALL, I WOULD GIVE THE WHOLE EXPERIENCE, THERE'S NO RATING HIGH ENOUGH TO RATE THIS DEALERSHIP !!!! IT'S WAY ABOVE 5 STARS !!!!!!!!

I bought my first New Sonata Hybrid from Josh about a...

I bought my first New Sonata Hybrid from Josh about a year ago. I did not know much about hybrid tech, josh took his time explaining everything in a way that was easy to understand and made sense. He came off as a very honest and sincere salesman. A couple of months ago I went back to Kruse Warthan and purchased another vehicle from him. Both times the sales experience was very pleasant. I would recommend anyone to this dealer and to see Josh. Look forward to seeing him again

We had a great experience purchasing our first new car...

We had a great experience purchasing our first new car thanks to Josh. For my wife's 50th birthday I couldn't think of a better gift. Josh went way beyond a salesman with helping me make this a memorable experience. Josh put her new car in the center of the show room, wrapped and adorned it with a big red bow. We both work late and evidently, so does Josh. Several nights working with me and helping me with decisions. His candor and knowledge of all types of cars makes him a great friend to deal with. In dire need of a car with one son in college and the other son in after school sports/speech activities we went looking for a Honda as this is what my wife always wanted; thanks to Josh we now own our first Hyundai. Cheryl loves her new car and has already over 3,000 miles on it the first month. Hopefully, he will be able to help us with our next car.

Curtis and Ben were both amazing to work with. They helped me out in my situation. My credit is not in a good place but they were able to get me what I needed. I would recommend speaking to them when looking for a car.

I have purchased a few automobiles from Kruse Warthan and my latest purchase of a Hyundai Tuscon was a great experience. The Sales Manager, Justin Weidemann is great to work with and very professional, courteous and follow up is superb. The purchasing experience was a pleasure and the entire process through delivery was professional and efficient.

Adam Tigges has made my time at Dan Kruse well worth it, He worked with us very well, he made it that we were able to get my dream car and for the price that we needed it to be at and helped us make our payments affordable. Even after we purchased 2012 Nissan Altima he sang us a really neat song. Adam is a wonderful person, he is very good at what he does, he is most defenatly a professional. I would highly recommend him to every person that I know out there. Adam is the best ever. He made our visit to Dan Kruse the best visit that I have ever had there. Our last visit was good to don't get me wrong Dan Kruse is very good But I truly have to say that Adam Tigges is the best sales person out there. Adam your the best. Thank you soo much for making our visit at Dan Kruse worth while. You are awesome.
