I had an amazing experience at Zeigler Buick GMC of Lincolnwood! From start to finish, everything was smooth, professional, and stress-free. Mariya was absolutely outstanding. She was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely cared about helping me find the right vehicle. She took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. We were fully prepared to purchase a vehicle from Ziegler Buick and drove nearly an hour after confirming it was acceptable to arrive shortly before closing. Mark Viradia was outstanding—friendly, knowledgeable, and professional every step of the way. We never felt rushed or as though we were inconveniencing him, despite arriving so close to closing time. Unfortunately, that is where our positive experience ended. Once Sales Manager Tony Kokalijari became involved, the tone shifted completely. His attitude was dismissive and unprofessional, and reasonable questions were laughed off rather than addressed. After initially walking away, we re-engaged in good faith, agreed to a price, secured financing, and submitted the requested documentation. When we arrived at the agreed-upon time to complete the purchase, we were informed the vehicle had been sold to another buyer for a higher offer—despite management making a verbal agreement (which we understand was not legally binding) and knowing we were already on our way. GSM Lawrence Abbadi was professional and respectful when we spoke with him, but the overall lack of communication and professionalism from sales management overshadowed what should have been a straightforward transaction. I emailed the General Manager, Dan Basic, to explain how disappointed we were with how the situation unfolded. He responded asking if he could call to discuss it, but I never heard from him, which was also incredibly disappointing. Based on our experience, we would not recommend Ziegler Buick. However, if you do choose to purchase a vehicle from this dealership, ask for Mark Viradia—he truly deserves the sale.

Expectations were set and met on a Saturday with college football on. Two separate seating areas in case you wanted the option to watch something else. There's also a kids' area if you have a little one who needs to be entertained for the time you're there.

I brought my 2019 Cadillac Escalade to the Zeigler Buick and GMC dealer on July 3, 2025, for a problem with my Lane Keep Assist (LKA). They said it was my Actuator and Module that needed replacement. The job was not done because that was not the problem. Instead, they stole parts out of my car and even attempted to steal my LoJack system. Guys, if you take your vehicle to Zeigler Buick GMC dealer service at 6900 N. McCormick, Lincolnwood. You must be very careful. These guys swapped vehicle parts that are in for service. My 2019 Cadillac Escalade, with 42,000 miles, drove like a 1978 Chevy Tahoe after the service. They cracked my differential pinion seal and swapped my front upper control arm with another vehicle. These lowlifes even try to steal my LoJack system. I brought the incident to Robert, the incompetent, clueless service advisor, and his response was “I will find you a loaner” as if a loaner was the problem. They even scammed the warranty company for $933.97 for the service they did not perform. STAY AWAY from this dealership. They are criminals!
